Dropbox is my central repository for many files I need to access no matter where I am or what device I’m using. From college work to managing multiple screenshots for articles, I rely on Dropbox upload for a lot of things. Unfortunately, Dropbox for iPhone and iPad only allow you to upload one photo or screenshot at a time. Luckily Workflow can fill the gap and let us upload multiple images at once to Dropbox. Here’s how:
Workflow tips: How to upload multiple images to Dropbox
First, download the worklow here.
The last action from this workflow is Save to Dropbox. You can set the directory where the photos will be saved on the last action, so change this if you want it to be different. Just type the directory address on the Destionation Path colomn.
After the workflow is installed, now you can use it to upload multiple photos.
- Open Photos.app.
- Select the image files you want to save to Dropbox.
- Tap the Share button to bring up the Share sheet.
- Tap on Run Workflow.
- Pick Save to Dropbox.

The workflow will run and save the selected image files to your Dropbox. While I hope Dropbox will bring multiple image support to their action extension in the future, Workflow gets the job done.
That’s it! If you have any suggestions to improve this workflow, or you know any others that makes dealing with Dropbox files easier, let me know in the comment section below.

The more I use Workflow the more love it. I find myself looking for stuff to use Workflow for!
Thank you very much. I have added a Select Photos Action so I can select the photos directly from workflow without opening photos app.
